Log in to your whois.com account and jump to your domain name. In this example, i will use mydomain.com as an example, where you see this domain, use your own:
Scroll to the bottom of the page to DNS Management and click on Manage DNS:
Click on CNAME records and click on "Add CNAME Record"
Enter "www" in the first field, select the second field for "Value" and enter "publish.kickpages.com" and click on "Add Record"
Look for Domain forwarding and click on "Manage Domain Forwarding"
Click on "Advanced Settings"
Leave the first field blank, select "https://", turn URL Masking Off, and turn Path Forwarding On
